Fischer mechanical ranges of anchors are easy to use, with ease of install & have been designed for maximum performance to ensure safety. There are different types of anchoring solutions offered by Fischer, which are as follows:

  • Bolt Anchor

Fischer Bolt anchors are the cost-effective anchoring solution for high performance requirements in cracked and non-cracked concrete and in areas subject to seismic influences. The easy installation saves time. The drill hole is made, the anchor is hammered in, and the nut is tightened with a controlled torque. The cone bolt expands against the wall of the drill hole. The anchors are made from normal steel, hot-dip galvanised steel, A4 stainless steel, and highly corrosion-resistant steel. They safely introduce the loads into the base material through friction locking.

  • Sleeve Anchor

The Fischer Sleeve anchors are an anchoring solution made from steel and stainless steel for cracked and non-cracked concrete and in applications exposed to seismic loads. The low level of energy required to hammer in the fixings allows for a force-saving mounting process. In addition, the optimum interaction of the screw shank and anchor sleeve enables a high shear load resistance. The drill hole is made, the anchor is hammered in, and the screw is tightened with a controlled torque. The expansion sleeve expands against the wall of the drill hole. The anchors use friction locking to safely introduce the loads into the base material.

  • Undercut Anchor

The undercutting technique generates a positive-fit connection in concrete. This ensures top safety, even in the case of heavy cracking in concrete. The practically expansion-free installation of the anchor enables very low edge and axial clearances without splitting. For the various different applications, fischer offers the ZYKON undercut anchor and the ZYKON hammerset anchor made from zinc-plated steel, stainless steel, and highly corrosion-resistant steel for pre-positioned and push-through installation and with an internal thread.

  • Bullet Anchor/ Drop In Anchor

Hammerset anchors are an approved, cost-effective solution for anchoring in the sanitary, heating, and climate control areas as well as for diamond saws and drilling devices. The assembly of the internal thread anchor is extremely cost-effective thanks to the low embedment depth, fast hammerset installation, and direction-controlled screwing process. The European Technical Approval for non-cracked concrete, approval for multiple use for non-structural systems, and classification into fire resistance class R 120 guarantee a high level of safety.
